I love Vietri Ceramics

I first heard about Vietri ceramics from my husband as his family is from Positano.  It was since that time I started my collection of Vietri ceramics which have traveled with me wherever we have lived.

For the house in Positano, my husband’s family used Vietri tiles in the kitchen and bathroom and I was inspired to do the same our apartment in Rome.  Since we have have a collection of Vietri ceramics which ranges from plates to serving bowls, I thought we might as well complete the circle by using Vietri tiles in our new home.

I know it isn’t really usual to use Vietri tiles in an apartment in Rome but we weren’t going for the flowers and lemons types.  There were going to be simple and just refreshing.  That was the concept I had in mind.

A couple of months ago, I shared a picture of the kitchen and realized that I should also show you how our bathroom looks like with the Vietri tiles.  As you can see, both the bathroom and the kitchen are not overdone and nothing like what you would see in Positano.

So yes,  I am happy  I have come full circle with my collection of Vietri ceramics and the use of Vietri tiles (my husband is too so I can stop bugging him about buying more ceramics!).
